About Course

This training course is designed to provide caregivers with a comprehensive understanding of ethical caregiving principles and compliance practices required in Ohio. Through engaging and interactive modules, caregivers will learn how to uphold ethical standards, comply with state and federal regulations, and ensure the dignity, rights, and well-being of those they serve. This training aligns with Ohio DODD regulations, Ohio Administrative Code (Rule 5123:2), and the Ohio Department of Aging’s standards.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to identify and apply ethical principles in their caregiving roles, handle ethical dilemmas appropriately, and understand the consequences of non-compliance.
