11.1 Multi-State Operations

- In the event of a conflict between this Accessibility Statement and any applicable State-Specific Accessibility Addendum, the State-Specific Accessibility Addendum will control only for users accessing the Service from that specific state and only to the extent of the conflict.
- Our initial services focus on Ohio-specific training requirements, and we are committed to compliance with Ohio accessibility laws and regulations.
- LearnHopp reserves the right to add, modify, or remove state-specific accessibility terms as required by changing laws and regulations or as LearnHopp expands into new jurisdictions.
11.2 Governing Law
This Accessibility Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION
12.1 Mandatory Mediation for Accessibility-Related Disputes
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the accessibility of our platform or this Accessibility Statement shall be resolved by mandatory mediation before pursuing any other remedy. All parties agree to not pursue legal action without first attempting to resolve the dispute through mediation.
The mediation shall be conducted by a mediator mutually agreed upon by the parties or, if the parties cannot agree, by a mediator selected by a reputable mediation service. The mediation shall take place in Columbus, Ohio or virtually, as agreed upon by the parties. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally by the parties.
12.2 Notification Period
Before initiating mediation, you agree to provide LearnHopp with written notice of any accessibility issue you have encountered, including specific details about the barrier faced and the URL or feature where it occurred. LearnHopp shall have thirty (30) days from receipt of such notice to investigate and address the reported issue.
12.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEARNHOPP, ITS OWNERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ACCESSIBILITY ISSUES OR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

If any provision of this Accessibility Statement is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
